As you see in the album, it is pretty clean and well furnished. People take turns in cleaning the common area in order to maintain the comfortable environment. It is a smoking free apartment. You will be sharing the place with 4 people, two Japanese and two Taiwanese. They are all in their 20's. They work or study here in Montreal. The building is in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG) on Sherbrooke on the west side of Décarie Highway (15).

Near Metro Vendôme. We need to take the bus 105 for 5-7 mins. The bus stops are right in front of the building (Sherbrooke/Hingston corner). Ideal for Concordia students (Campus Loyola), it takes only 10 mins by bus (105) or University of Montreal about 20 mins. There is also an express bus (420) that takes us directly downtown close to McGill Campus in about 20 minutes.

There is everything you need in the vicinity: a pharmacy, grocery stores and markets, SAQ express, CT, BMO and Desjardins banks, a dental clinic, a video club, restaurants, bars and more. Monkland Street which is two blocks away also offers great choices in terms of boutiques, restaurants and so on.

Im 25 years old. Im a master student in bioresource engineering at McGill University who recently submitted her thesis! Ill be leaving in June for an internship in Mali with a NGO.
